Craig Wright is the chief executive officer of Aqua-Tots Swim School. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the retail and franchise industries, Craig brings a proven track record of driving growth, developing teams, and delivering results.

At Aqua-Tots, Craig is passionate about empowering teams and franchise owners to reach their highest potential. He leads with a people-first mindset, fostering strong relationships and a collaborative culture that aligns with the company’s mission to make families safer in and around the water.

An alumnus of Montana State University Billings, Craig’s career journey—from starting as a box boy to serving as vice president at Buttrey Food and Drug—reflects his dedication to leadership development and creating clear paths for others to succeed. His expertise spans operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, IT strategy, strategic planning, logistics, and organizational development, all of which continue to shape Aqua-Tots’ sustained growth and industry leadership.

Prior to Aqua-Tots, Craig held senior roles at Leslie’s Pool Supplies and Millard Refrigerated Services, sharpening his skills in multi-unit operations and franchise management. An active mentor and speaker, Craig is passionate about developing future leaders and strengthening the swim school industry through collaboration and innovation.
