Jeff Leavy

Jeff Leavy serves as the senior manager of technology at Aqua-Tots Swim School, where he leads enterprise IT solutions that support more than 175 franchise locations worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in retail technology and systems management, Jeff ensures Aqua-Tots franchisees have reliable, scalable tools to drive operational efficiency and growth.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in computer information systems, Jeff began his career as a help desk specialist and advanced to senior director of store systems at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. There, he led support, infrastructure, and software development teams for more than 900 retail locations before joining Aqua-Tots in 2021.
