Paul Preston

Paul Preston is the co-founder and president of Aqua-Tots Swim School, the largest international swim school franchise. For more than two decades, Paul has guided the company’s strategic planning, growth, and global franchise development, helping expand Aqua-Tots from a single indoor pool in 2005 to more than 175 locations across 14 countries.

A passionate connector and relationship builder, Paul believes in creating opportunities for people to thrive both within business and in their communities. His approachable leadership style and warmth foster strong partnerships with franchise owners and industry peers alike, shaping a culture where collaboration and trust drive growth and impact.

In addition to Aqua-Tots, Paul is a franchise owner and partner of KTR Indoor Action Sports Playground and Uncle Bear’s Grill and Tap, broadening his entrepreneurial reach into the family entertainment and hospitality industries. He also co-founded The Scuba Shop, a full-service PADI Scuba Diving Training Center, and Legacy Adventures, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening bonds between fathers and their children through outdoor experiences.
