Ron Sciarro is the co-founder of Aqua-Tots Swim School, the largest international swim school franchise. With more than 30 years of experience growing Aqua-Tots into a global leader, Ron guides the company’s visionary strategy and leadership development, partnering with teams across the organization to advance its mission and core values. His leadership has been pivotal in transforming Aqua-Tots into a trusted brand serving families and communities worldwide.

A relationship-driven entrepreneur, Ron champions a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and purpose-driven growth. His vision is centered on helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses as well as lives of balance, impact, and long-term sustainability.

In addition to his role at Aqua-Tots, Ron is franchisor and managing partner of KTR Indoor Action Sports Playground and Uncle Bear’s Grill and Tap, extending his influence into the family entertainment and hospitality industries. His entrepreneurial reach also includes co-founding Workplace Safety Specialists, The Scuba Shop, and Legacy Adventures, reflecting his commitment to building businesses that deliver value across diverse sectors.
